Application Requirements at a Glance

What You’ll Need to Apply
To complete the Enrolment Application, you will need a professional referral along with key information about your child. This includes personal details, medical information, emergency contacts, schooling history, and any relevant reports or assessments. Preparing these in advance helps ensure your application is accurate, complete, and ready for review by the Ontrack team.

Important Notes Before You Apply
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. All forms are reviewed carefully to determine suitability and readiness for the program. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the process or affect the outcome. All accepted students begin with a 10-week probationary period, and if places are full, your child may be placed on a waiting list until a position becomes available.

What Happens After You Apply
Once your application and referral are submitted, our team will review them to assess whether Ontrack may be a suitable fit. If the application progresses, you will be contacted for an interview with senior staff. A final enrolment decision is made after the interview, and students who are offered a place begin with a 10-week probationary period to confirm ongoing suitability.

Submit an Enrolment Application
To ensure the best fit for your child, Ontrack College requires an enrolment application before tours, meetings, or interviews are offered. This allows us to understand your child’s needs and assess whether we can provide the right support and environment. Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you about the next steps.
