College Board Members
Ontrack is an Independent School providing secondary education (currently Years 7 - 10). The governing body is GEMS Christian Education Limited, who also govern Emerald Christian College and the Little Gems Childcare and Kindy Centre.
We are members of Independent Schools Queensland and Associated Christian Schools and are registered with the Office of Non-state Schools Queensland No. A651.

Ps Tony Harrold (B.Bus.; Grad.Dip.Ac.) - Executive Chairperson
Non-Executive Member since 2001 and is the Company Board Chair. Tony is married with five children. He has 12 years experience as a Practicing Accountant in Emerald, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Graduate Diploma of Accounting. In addition to his school commitments Tony, together with his wife, operates a beef cattle enterprise and is the Senior Pastor at Hopelands.

Mrs Lorraine Grierson (B.Ed.) - Director
Lorraine Grierson joined the board in 2023. She was the founding principal of Emerald Christian College. Following her pioneering work in this capacity, she continued to contribute to the growing school as a teacher and even today, is active at Little Gems (ECC's childcare centre). Lorraine is a font of wisdom and experience for GEMS education ministries.

Mrs Olga Kirk (B.SocWk; B.ComWel)- Director
Non-Executive Member since 2001. Olga is an Elder at Hopelands, a local church in Emerald. Olga has previously worked as a social worker in Emerald and holds a Social Workers Degree and Community Welfare Degree. Olga and her husband David have five adult children and a number of grandchildren.
